ABOUT me...

I am a mime, teacher and drummer. I currently create, perform and teach contemporary mime both online and in person. I am a proud member of HELMIME group based in Helsinki, Finland with Eliska Kasprzyk and the head of AURACO Dance & Mime Company.

 

I teach contemporary mime for 10 years to individuals and groups alike. I focus on developing individual style of a person and the inner workings of a group. 

 

I started studying mime and performing at the age of five with my father and one of the most famous Slovak mimes Miro Kasprzyk as a mentor. Later, the Czech mime Michal Hecht was also my teacher and influenced my style. Later I studied mime at the Prague Academy of Performing Arts in the mime training program, where I completed my master's degree under the guidance of Radim Vizvary. I also took workshop classes with Lionel Menard (FR), Greg Goldstone (US), James Donlon (US), Anke Gerber (DE), Steve Wasson (UK) and Corinne Soum (FR). I was also performing together with the legendary Slovak mime based in Germany, Milan Sladek.
